TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OF КASTAMONU BULGARIA AD

Art. 1. (1) This website is owned by Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., registered with the Turkey Commercial Register (Commercial Chamber of Istanbul) under number 103532, with its seat and registered address in Republic of Türkiye, 34662 Istanbul, Altunizade, Mahir Iz Cadd. No. 25.

(2) Administrator of this website is Kastamonu Bulgaria AD ("the Company"), a company which is established under Bulgarian law, registered with the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency with UIC 123006579, having its seat and registered address in Stara Zagora Region, Pavel banya Municipality, 6151 Gorno Sahrane village, 24 Shipchenska Epopeya str.

Art. 2.  The purpose of this website is to introduce to its visitors the Company's business activity, corporate structure, values and to provide other general information.

RELEVANCE AND ACCESSIBILITY

USER PROFILE

Art. 8. The Company's website allows for the creation of individual user profiles without the need for the visitor to pay a subscription fee or other fees (monetary consideration).

Art. 9. The creation of an individual user profile on the website is performed by providing two names, an e-mail address and a contact telephone number. As a prerequisite for creating an individual user profile, the visitor must explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy available here, and the Cookie Policy available here.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Art. 10. The Company guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure maximum protection of the personal data provided by visitors, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("General Data Protection Regulation"), the Personal Data Protection Act, the guidelines and the regulatory practices of the supervisory authority – the Commission for Personal Data Protection, as well as any other relevant legal and administrative framework.

Art. 12. After obtaining explicit consent, the Company has the right to process the personal data provided by website visitors for the purpose of carrying out direct marketing activities, including sending pamphlets, information as regards to promotions, catalogues, newsletters, etc.

Art. 13. In the event that a website visitor wishes to opt out of the direct marketing carried out to them, they shall use the unsubscribe link contained in any marketing message sent electronically to them. Art. 18. In the event of non-compliance with the provisions described in these Terms and Conditions, the visitor shall compensate the Company for all direct and indirect damages suffered, if any.

Art. 19. The Company shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or other unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances beyond its control, the access to this website is temporarily restricted.
