Moisture resistant (MR) chipboards are high-quality particle boards designed for use in spaces with high humidity. They have a homogeneous and smooth structure, allowing the application of various decorative surface coatings. They have high mechanical strength and low swelling values in moist conditions. They typically contain a green pigment to distinguish them from standard chipboards.
Usage Areas
They are suitable for the production of kitchen worktops, bathroom furniture (one that is not directly exposed to water splashes), window trims, and for insulation.
