150 Flooring Installers Come Together at the Third Edition of the “Floorpan Master Installer Gatherings”
Floorpan, the laminate flooring brand by Kastamonu Entegre, brought together 150 flooring installers from the Southeastern Anatolia Region for the third edition of its Master Installer Gatherings, held with the motto “Feel the Mastery in Every Step.” The event that was held in Istanbul and Balıkesir gave participants the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into new products, installation techniques, décor trends, and manufacturing processes.
As part of the Master Installer Gatherings organized to enhance know-how sharing and collaboration with industry professionals, Kastamonu Entegre entertained 150 flooring installers from the Southeastern Anatolia Region in Istanbul and Balıkesir for Floorpan – the laminate flooring brand by Kastamonu Entegre, which alone accounts for approximately 8% of global laminate flooring Production. Throughout the two-day event, participants enjoyed a comprehensive experience from product and installation training sessions to a guided tour of the production facilities.
The third edition of the Floorpan Master Installer Gatherings, brought to life under the theme "Feel the Mastery in Every Step," was held on June 10–11. On the first day, flooring installers attended corporate presentations, product showcases, and quality-focused sessions at Kastamonu Entegre's headquarters. During the hands-on training sessions, participants received up-to-date information from experts on proper product use and installation techniques, while the Q&A sessions provided an opportunity to exchange field experience and discuss practical challenges.
As part of the program, master installers also visited Kastamonu Entegre's showroom that presented design concepts and living space trends together. They explored Floorpan's latest collections firsthand and gained insights into interior design and décor trends, while having the opportunity to experience a variety of décor options and product alternatives.
On the second day of the event, participants visited Kastamonu Entegre's manufacturing facility in Balıkesir. Joining a technical tour to one of Turkey’s largest and one of the world's leading MDF production facilities, the installers explored the laminate flooring production lines and quality laboratories. Following an occupational health and safety briefing, they observed the manufacturing processes firsthand and gained in-depth knowledge of the quality standards and production technologies behind Floorpan products.
Through Master Installer Gatherings, Floorpan aims not only to contribute to the professional development of flooring installers but also to strengthen the connection between manufacturing processes and on-site installation practices. Bringing together industry professionals from different regions, this event series will continue throughout the year with new gatherings designed to further enhance know-how sharing and industry collaboration.
