150 Master Installers from Istanbul and Kocaeli Come Together150 Master Installers from Istanbul and Kocaeli Come TogetherFloorpan, the laminate flooring brand from Kastamonu Entegre known for its rich selection of decorative designs, completed the second part of its “Master Installer Meetings” program carried out under the motto “Feel the Mastery at Every Step.” The event brought together 150 master flooring installers from Istanbul and Kocaeli, offering them a comprehensive two-day experience across the corporation’s Istanbul Head Office and Balıkesir production facility.
The “Master Installer Meetings” took place on October 8–9 under the organization of Floorpan, the laminate flooring brand from Kastamonu Entegre positioned as Turkey’s leading wood-based panel manufacturer. The second part of the event hosted 150 master flooring installers from Istanbul and Kocaeli. The two-day event began at the corporation’s Istanbul Head Office and continued at the Balıkesir production facility, providing participants with an extensive technical and hands-on experience.
Learning and sharing together
The program began at the Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters with a corporate introduction and product presentations, followed by a quality session, live flooring installation demonstrations, and a Q&A segment. Additionally, participants joined a showroom tour at the KEAS Concept Studio, where they had the opportunity to examine Floorpan products up close. The first day concluded with a boat tour and dinner.
A closer look at innovative production
Master installers spent the second day of the event visiting the Balıkesir Plant, one of the largest MDF facilities in Turkey and among the leading ones worldwide, facilitating the manufacturing of 600,000 cubic meters of wood-based panels and 36 million square meters of flooring per year. Participants were briefed on Occupational Health and Safety, followed by guided tours of the quality laboratories and flooring production lines. Master installers had the opportunity to see Floorpan’s innovative production processes and quality standards firsthand.
An inspiring journey for master installers
The “Master Installer Meetings” aim to foster the professional development of flooring installers, share up-to-date insights into new products and technologies, and empower collaboration across the industry. Following the initial gathering held with master installers from Ankara, the second installment brought together participants from Istanbul and Kocaeli. In 2026, the events will continue in various cities, further reinforcing the bridge between manufacturing processes and on-site installation experience.
